At the start of each policy year, entitlement tracking resets to zero, and you can configure the policy year start date on the occupational policy itself.

When you create a new sickness schedule, you can see the total days already taken, including the dates you're currently entering. This gives you visibility of entitlement usage at the point of entry.

If you edit or delete a sickness schedule, the total number of days used recalculates automatically to reflect the change
