Whether you payroll benefits, or submit P11Ds to HMRC at the end of the year, you can still add your company vans onto Paycircle.
Add a company van benefit
Click Team then click the relevant team member.
Click the action cog ⚙️ then click Company vehicle.
Select Van then enter the following details:
Does the van have zero CO2 emissions?
Van available from.
Van available to.
Days unavailable.
Free fuel will be provided for private use.
Click Next.
Select if the team member has made a contribution towards private use.
Select if they're sharing the van then click Next.
Select if you're payrolling the benefit then click Next.
Click Save.
View the benefit
Click Team then click the relevant team member.
Click the Schedules tab then click the relevant benefit.
