To update a benefit in kind (BIK), follow the steps below.
Delete a benefit
You can't delete a benefit if you've already ran a payroll with the benefit.
Click Team then click the relevant team member.
Click the Schedules tab then click the relevant benefit.
Click the Delete then click Confirm.
Edit a benefit
If you've already processed the benefit, you can't update the days the benefit is available. If you need to change a car benefit to a van, you need to delete the benefit and add it again with the correct information.
Click Team then click the relevant team member.
Click the Schedules tab then click the relevant benefit.
Click Edit then make the necessary amendments.
Click Save.
Pause and resume benefits
Pause a benefit
Click Team then click the relevant team member.
Click the Schedules tab then click the relevant benefit.
Click Pause benefit then enter the amount of periods to pause the benefit.
Click Confirm.
Resume a benefit
Click Team then click the relevant team member.
Click the Schedules tab then click the relevant benefit.
Click Resume benefit then click Confirm.
Stop a benefit
Click Team then click the relevant team member.
Click the Schedules tab then click the relevant benefit.
Click Stop benefit then click Confirm.
