When adding notes within Paycircle, you can @mention other users. If you’ve been @mentioned in a note, you can keep track of them in your notifications area. If you have been given access, you might also be able to monitor other team members’ @mentions, for example, if they go on holiday or are off sick. To do this, watch the video or follow the steps below.

Configuring mentions access

To configure who has access to whose @mentions, follow the steps below.

  1. Head to your Bureau settings area, and then click Admins.

  2. Click on the action cog ⚙️ against the relevant admin and select the option for Manage mentions access.

  3. Check the tick boxes against the admins whose @mentions you want them to have access to, and click Save.

Viewing other people’s @mentions

If you have been given access to view other people’s @mentions, you can view them from the notifications bell in the top right corner. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Click on the notification bell, and then on Team mentions.

  2. Click on the team member whose @mentions you want to view.
