Some companies will prefer for their pay periods to be hidden from payslips, as this can be confusing for team members. For example, if they are paid in 4-4-5 periods, but the company is set up as Monthly, the team members’ pay reference period won’t match the pay periods on their payslips.
Note: By default, Paycircle will display the pay period on all team member payslips, however this can be turned off on a company basis.
Turn off the pay period display
To hide pay period information from team member payslips, follow the steps below.
Click Settings then click Payslips.
From the Display pay period section, click Edit.
Toggle Display pay period off, then click Save.
