Paycircle - Access Financials integration is a fully integrated payroll and financial management solution that seamlessly connects Paycircle and Access Financials.
With streamlined onboarding tools that simplify employee setup and nominal configuration, tight integration ensures that Nominal Accounts, including Nominal Categories in Financials, are automatically mapped with Paycircle Business Categories.
Seamless API integration of payroll journals to Financials negates the need for manual transfer of data and reducing the risk of human error, ensuring consistent and accurate financial records. Adjustments can be synchronised in real-time, providing up-to-date financial data for reporting and decision-making.
Installation Resource Prerequisites
Access Financials and Paycircle are both SaaS (software as a service) products and so there are no specific installation requirements.
Limitations
This integration is only suitable for customers using up to 6 Categories in their Chart of Accounts in Financials.
Costing information is not supported in the integration, therefore:
No project-related costing information passed between products.
Compulsory Costing settings must be disabled in Financials for Payroll Journal Nominal Accounts.
Sub Ledgers & Multi-Entity in Single DB is not supported.
Paycircle is UK only payroll solution, therefore journals will only be posted in GBP.
Special characters such as ‘€’, ‘$’ not supported in nominal codes.
