To set your password or reset it, watch the video or follow the steps below.
By default your username is your work email address, if you prefer, you can change it to a name or nickname. You can change your password, making sure you comply with the password complexity rules in Paycircle.Your password must contain:
A minimum of 12 characters.
A mixture of upper and lower case letters.
One or more numbers.
At least one special character: @, $, !, %, *, #, ?, &.
No commonly used terms, such as password or 1234.
No references to your Paycircle account.
Forgot your details?
If you can't remember your Paycircle details, you can click Forgotten username? or Forgotten password? from the login page.
Change your username
Click your avatar in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Click Account settings then click the action cog ⚙️
Enter your password then enter your new username.
Confirm your new username then click Save.
Change your password
Click your avatar in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Click Account settings then click the action cog ⚙️
Enter your current password then enter a new password.
Confirm your new password then click Save.
